Job Summary

Mechanical Project Manager job opportunity at MountainCrest Personnel Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
    • Responsible for project activities, including resource allocation, documentation, and timeline management.
    • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and foster client relationships for long-term growth.
    • Work with clients to provide the best and most appropriate design solutions for their projects.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide guidance to technical staff and sub-consultants to ensure projects are technically sound and completed successfully.
    • Lead the project team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, technical staff, and other personnel to ensure project success.
    • Coordinate with other disciplines internally and externally to ensure project completion.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineering Designation (P. Eng.) in the Province of British Columbia.
  • 10+ years of engineering and/or design coordination experience in the consulting industry.
  • Experience in multi-disciplined project coordination and management.
  • LEED Certification is an asset.
