Production Supervisor Opportunity

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our client's team in Richmond Hill, ON.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and leading a team of employees to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve production errors and disputes
  • Prepare reports on production status and performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
  • University degree or college diploma in Engineering/Operations Management or similar field
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, coaching, and technical skills
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is an asset
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
