At Venterra Realty, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Technology Team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our platform, executing critical projects and initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver new products, features, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and discussions among stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation to ensure deliverables meet desired outcomes.
- Support RFP processes and vendor evaluation, as required.
- Provide post-implementation and operational support to business stakeholders, the technology team, and end-users.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role in technology, preferably in software implementations.
- Proven experience in leading projects through the end-to-end lifecycle and successful software implementations.
- Confidence, high sense of urgency, and ability to take ownership, think critically, and solve problems with minimal direction and guidance.
- Knowledge of project management principles and experience.
- Superior coordination, organizational, and facilitation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interpret, document, and present business requirements, specifications, reports, project documents, implementation plans, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build professional relationships with external parties and individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Good understanding of SQL to extract data and perform data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience in Finance Technology is preferred but not required.
- Any certification related to Product Management or Business Analysis is a plus.
