Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to support the inventory control function.
- Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory control.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize inventory control processes.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in inventory control or a related field is an asset.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
