We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to support inventory control operations.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support inventory control operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recognized employer with a strong commitment to employee development.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
