Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on inventory and equipment
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff as needed to support inventory management operations
- Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure inventory management operations run smoothly
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
