Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

At Mobis Parts Canada Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hands-on evaluations of prototype and production accessories to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Validate PPAP documentation for all new projects and changes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality-related concerns and ensure timely project completion.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide technical advice and support to internal staff members and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive service or repair industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in automotive, quality, engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid G-class Driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Hands-on automotive service experience preferred.
  • Valid Class "310S" or higher mechanics license is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
