Job Title: Full-Time Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for a full-time position in the Britt, Byng Inlet and Pickerel area. This role involves developing and maintaining effective care plans, providing exceptional nursing services, and communicating with patients and their families.

About the Role
  • Develop Effective Care Plans: Work independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health @Home (OH@Home) to create personalized care plans.
  • Provide Exceptional Nursing Services: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, both in-person and virtually.
  • Communicate Effectively: Liaise with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Nursing Qualifications: Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while preserving dignity and privacy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
