About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner - Home Healthcare Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Your Responsibilities:
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing needs of your clients.
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with your clients and their families.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
