Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Salando Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our food service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Train other workers
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in restaurant/food services management
- College/CEGEP education
- First Aid Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Smart Serve, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate
- Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
