Commercial Account Manager Opportunity

Pathfind is partnering with a reputable insurance brokerage to fill their Commercial Account Manager position in Calgary and Grande Prairie locations. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team and under the direction of the Senior Account Manager (Team Lead) to plan, lead, and guide the growth, renewal, and servicing of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review pre-renewal documents, policies, endorsements, and customer records.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, insurance binders, and policy renewal documents.
  • Market, rate, and quote new and renewal complex risks.
  • Assist Sales Executives in obtaining necessary information for proper submission.
  • Prepare customer account reconciliations and report potential bad debts.
  • Cross-sell or up-sell other products and services.
  • Accompany Sales Executives on client visits to present insurance proposals.
  • Respond to and address client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Obtain and follow up on underwriting information by completing brokerage applications.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 General License
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines
  • Proactive approach to customer handling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Experience working within a team environment

Salary range starts at $70,000 plus incentives.
