About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bioanalysis Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for operating liquid chromatography & mass spectrometry instruments (LC-MS/MS) and analyzing data to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Operate LC-MS/MS instruments to extract and analyze biological samples
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation, ensuring compliance with GLPs, SOPs, and industry best practices
- Develop and implement extraction techniques, such as protein precipitation and SPE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Participate in daily laboratory operations, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Proven experience working with analytical instrumentation, including LC-MS/MS
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Experience with data interpretation and report writing
