Customer Care Associate - Bilingual

Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers?

We're looking for a Customer Care Associate - Bilingual to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our customer care team, you will collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any outstanding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to our clients
  • Transact and book services and add-ons for customer orders
  • Communicate with customers over phone and email while maintaining customer relationships
  • Partner with our Home Delivery team and gain insight on operations and logistics
  • Have a direct impact on brand image

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (e-mail and phone)
  • Highly skilled in customer escalations in similar retail and web retail services
  • 1-2 years providing exceptional customer service
  • General computer literacy
