Clinical Placement Clerk Job Description

Job Summary:

The Clinical Placement Clerk is a key member of the School of Nursing team, responsible for assisting with all aspects of clinical placements. This includes student documentation, clearance of non-academic requirements, and communication with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with student documentation and clearance of non-academic requirements
  • Act as the main contact for student documentation regarding placements
  • Communicate with community partners for clinical placements
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, RPN to BScN

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a relevant two-year college diploma in business, office administration, or health sciences, along with 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience in an educational setting.
