About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at CMH. As an instrumental member of our Mental Health Program, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessments of patients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop safety and treatment plans, identify problem areas, establish measurable goals, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning, as well as liaise with community agencies for services required post-discharge.
  • Lead or participate in psycho-educational groups with other professions for patients in the Day Hospital.

Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree in a relevant field is essential; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Registration with an approved Regulated Health Profession College (Social Work, Occupational Therapist) is required.
  • Extensive experience organizing and facilitating groups, such as CBT and DBT, is necessary.
