For this part-time Staff Neonatologist position at the Department of Paediatric Medicine - Mount Sinai Hospital, University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, we seek an individual with expertise in providing high-quality clinical care to high-risk newborns.
This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, education, quality improvement, and scholarly focus. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to advancing clinical excellence and promoting quality care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert clinical care to high-risk newborns.
- Leveraging teaching skills to educate healthcare professionals and students.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality care.
- Maintaining a scholarly focus to advance knowledge and promote quality care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and teaching skills, proficiency in leading a multidisciplinary team, and a strong commitment to advancing clinical excellence.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for benefits, vacation pay, and academic allowance.
