About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Cardiologist to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a Clinician Teacher, Clinician Investigator, or Clinician-in-Quality and Innovation, you will have the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with academic pursuits in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care as a heart failure specialist
  • Teach and mentor trainees in clinical settings
  • Pursue scholarly activities, including research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to departmental and divisional activities, including education and research

Requirements:

  • MD degree and certification in Cardiology/Internal Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Strong track record of clinical, teaching, and research excellence
