Job Summary

The Sweet Potato is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
