Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
