**About the Role**

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is high. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assign sales workers to duties effectively, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Authorize payments by cheque to ensure timely financial transactions.
  • Authorize return of merchandise, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs and manage employee workload efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements**

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; higher education preferred but not necessary.
