We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team at Dixie Mitsubishi.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the Dealership Sales Department to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and delivery.
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings to plan, modify, and review sales programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer and financial institution product offerings, promotions, and programs.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial licensing and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
