We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Race Track Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our race track, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition. This includes supervising a team of workers, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 workers and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Train or arrange for training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all workers are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
