Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our race track, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition. This includes supervising a team of workers, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 11-15 workers and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train or arrange for training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all workers are aware of their responsibilities.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
