Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Track Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Woodbine Entertainment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our racing circuit, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and contractors
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Manage and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in track maintenance or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
