About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at PSB IMPEX LTD dba GORDON HEAD Chevron. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, handle customer complaints and returns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and improve store performance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and walking to move around the store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
