About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 514519 BC LTD dba End of the Roll VICTORIA. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to optimize sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
