About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Habaneros Mexican Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
