Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nail Salon Operations Manager to oversee our salon's daily activities and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Organize and manage work schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for the upkeep and repair of salon equipment.
  • Client Assistance: Provide support to clients with special requirements.
  • Emergency Management: Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations.
  • Equipment Oversight: Ensure the smooth functioning of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Quality Monitoring: Supervise and assess quality and production standards.
  • Cleaning Supervision: Oversee the cleaning processes for specialized and challenging items.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct, coordinate, and schedule the activities of salon personnel.
  • Training: Educate staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Volunteer Management: Supervise office and volunteer personnel.
