Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Venetian Nail Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Focus: Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
