Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at T&C VN CORPORATION.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians and other salon staff to ensure efficient operation of the salon.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of salon equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, such as providing extra support for clients with disabilities.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and production levels to ensure they meet the salon's standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, such as nail equipment and furniture.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, including nail technicians and other salon staff.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are supporting the salon's operations effectively.

Working Conditions: This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The working language is English.
