About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the launch of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition, following established practices, and applying technical knowledge to design robust manufacturing processes.


Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations, following established practices and timelines.
  • Assist in part design activities, providing feasibility directives for ease of manufacturing and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Operator Instructions, Rework, Change-over procedure, and Continuous Improvement Program.
  • Track and manage new product Launch Key Milestone dates, Launch KPIs, Test Incidents, Customer Rejects, and High-Risk Items.
  • Coordinate, lead, and participate in multi-disciplined teams to address corporate objectives related to manufacturing process, productivity, volume outputs, scrap/rework, quality, safety, and delivery commitment.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve process deviations, reduce scrap, and maximize efficiencies.

Requirements
  • Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma, or applicable trade.
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in a similar role, conducting higher-level analysis, prioritizing tasks, and working with minimal supervision.
