Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

Hiclass Janitorial Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the grounds of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces are well-manicured and safe for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens as needed.
  • Remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including small engine equipment and weed trimmers.
  • Write daily progress reports to ensure accountability and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a variety of outdoor environments, including parks, gardens, and other green spaces. The position requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and to lift heavy equipment and materials.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off as per company policy.
