Job Summary

Hiclass Janitorial Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed Control and Pruning: Remove weeds, prune and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Grass Cutting: Cut grass to maintain a uniform height and appearance.
  • Waste Removal: Remove litter and garbage from outdoor spaces.
  • Reporting: Write daily basic progress reports to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Plant Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to ensure their health and appearance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
