We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients
  • Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds frequently
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and ready for the next day

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar industries
  • Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

  • Competitive pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience
  • Flexible scheduling with every other Monday off
