About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Team Lead to join our team at Clarks Americas Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the receipt and organization of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal store displays.
  • Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Practice impeccable customer service skills, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing average transaction value and driving sales growth.
  • Exemplify the Clarks brand values, embodying our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage, ensuring the integrity of our business.
  • Create a comfortable and inclusive work environment for all colleagues, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
