About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead various internal Client programs, including a new AI initiative, for our GTA based, Municipal Government client.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading operational models for Client's fundraising initiatives, governance, RACI, processes, Smartsheet dashboards, reporting, and communication. Additionally, they will project manage specific capital campaign funded projects, including the AI Upskilling initiative.

The AI Upskilling initiative aims to make AI tools and resources available in various Client locations and expand access to Client's AI and digital inclusion programs and services. The first deliverable of this project is drafting a business case and getting it approved by mid-February.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, and a proven track record of leading projects with a focus on stakeholder engagement. They should also possess demonstrated expertise in communications, stakeholders' management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead operational models for Client's fundraising initiatives, governance, RACI, processes, Smartsheet dashboards, reporting, and communication.
  • Project manage specific capital campaign funded projects, including the AI Upskilling initiative.
  • Draft a business case for the AI Upskilling initiative and obtain approval by mid-February.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Smartsheet.
  • 10+ combined years of experience leading projects, preferably with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communications, stakeholders' management, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond flexibly and productively to multiple and changing priorities in a variety of work environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong financial expertise to manage programs and project budgets.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
