About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our Engineering team as a Loads Specialist. This is a key role that will contribute to the development of our aircraft designs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of loads analysis methodologies and tools to support aircraft design and certification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loads analysis into the design process.
  • Develop and maintain complex mathematical models to simulate aircraft loads and dynamics.
  • Perform dynamic aeroelastic response analyses for tuned discrete gust and continuous turbulence.
  • Define restrictions and special instructions for flight test procedures based on loads and dynamics analyses.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience in external loads analyses in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong background in static and dynamic aeroelastic loads analyses.
  • Proficiency in FEM modeling, Nastran, and DMAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
