Magellan Aerospace is a global aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defence and space agencies worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Programs Manager to lead our F404 Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support to DND, discussing requirements and reviewing reports, as well as participating in management meetings and budget preparations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide F404 engineering support to DND, including investigations, report preparation, and consultation.
  • Support Repair and Overhaul by discussing and analyzing actions to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide miscellaneous support to other funded programs, such as J85 and US Navy R&O.
  • Collect data from operating bases for further analysis.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace).
  • Three to five years F404 program experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the F404 engine and systems.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
