- Technical Operations: Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical systems, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor our technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Project Management: Manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Have a solid understanding of technical systems, including Microsoft Servers, Various Business Applications, SQL, IIS, Internetworking, VPNs, firewalls, backups, Wi-Fi, and more.
- Leadership Skills: Have the ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Have a solid understanding of business operations and be able to apply this knowledge to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 plus bonus.
- Benefits Package: 3 weeks' vacation, paid parking, sponsored certifications, full medical benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
