About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at North American College of Information Technology Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all areas of the campus are secure and safe for students, staff and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation is provided, and the work setting is a school or educational institution/establishment.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads.
