We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Griesbach Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist dental professionals with various tasks, including preparing plaster models, casting gold or metal alloys, and ordering dental and office supplies.
- Perform administrative functions, such as invoicing patients and maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise students in training and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Registration with provincial or territorial authorities.
- Certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
