The Role

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of St. Paul's Hospital and its services and programs. You will report directly to the CEO of Emmanuel Health and work closely with the hospital's leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and improve patient care. Your expertise in government relations and community partnerships will be essential in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including the provincial government, SHA, and other community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the hospital's operations, team leadership, and fiscal accountability
  • Collaborate with Emmanuel Health facilities and the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation to enhance the hospital's impact and strategic goals
  • Engage with the surrounding community and build partnerships to support the hospital's mission and values
  • Uphold the principles of the Health Ethics Guide, endorsed by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops
Requirements

We are seeking a community-minded individual with a post-secondary degree and a successful operational and leadership executive background. Your experience in government relations and community partnerships, combined with your commitment to Catholic healthcare values and community engagement, will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You will bring a collaborative and value-driven approach, demonstrating a strong ability to work with the vulnerable sector and the communities you serve.
