Key Responsibilities
  • Use evidence-based selling to drive sales and provide physicians with up-to-date product information via webinars and/or telephone.
  • Action a strategic call plan that incorporates reach and frequency targets.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and insights.
  • Complete all administrative tasks, including call reporting and expense reporting, within designated timeframes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to patient safety by reporting adverse events in a timely manner, in accordance with internal policies and training.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience.
  • A completed university degree.
  • A play-to-win attitude, taking pride in work and results, and the recognition that follows.
