Accounts Receivable Specialist

Sunrise Farms is a leading poultry industry company with a strong focus on quality and innovation. Our finance operations team is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and track incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies for multiple entities.
- Support the company's process and system optimization initiative in finance operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and sales reps, and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
- Follow company procedures and policies, and communicate with manager on any significant deviations or concerns.
- Work with internal departments and customers to resolve issues or escalate to manager.
- Ensure accurate documentation and storage of records.
- Perform bank runs and cover receptionist duties during lunch hour.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and other departments.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required for bank runs.
