Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary:

Eddi's Wholesale is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to cash application and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date customer records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, providing clear and concise information.
  • Process new customer credit applications and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Identify high-risk accounts and notify management, ensuring prompt action is taken.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyze customer accounts to resolve billing issues.
  • Verify and reconcile input documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with month-end closing and process monthly finance charges as applicable.
  • Process monthly customer statements and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable and collection role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to speak French preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Word skills, with experience maintaining spreadsheets and tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of standard A/R policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar ERP system.
  • Fluency in French.

Compensation:

  • Salary range between $50,000~$60,000 based on level of experience.
  • Company-paid benefit program.
  • 3 weeks' paid vacation days.
