Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Eddi's Wholesale. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit memos, and refunds
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payment
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Identify and resolve high-risk accounts and notify management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collection
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to speak French is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Word skills
  • Detail-oriented with high level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skills

What We Offer:

  • Salary range between $50,000~$60,000 based on level of experience

  • 3 weeks' paid vacation days
