Job Summary

A full-time Associate Dentist is required to join our dynamic and busy dental practice at Northwood Family Dental. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and be passionate about providing high-quality dental care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
  • Utilize the dental software for patient management and record keeping.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow in the office.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and dental practices.
  • Provide compassionate care to all patients, ensuring a comfortable experience.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
