Job Title: Packaging Operations Manager

Amsterdam Brewing Co. is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet sales demand and ensure efficiency, availability, and continuity of customer supply.
  • Manage packaging production plans and maximize productive capabilities while controlling and optimizing working capital.
  • Lead and execute the manufacturing plan, employing strategic and tactical techniques as required.
  • Develop and maintain a GMP culture throughout the department.
  • Build and monitor strong sets of KPIs, including OEE, Yield, Labor Leverage, and Safety metrics.
  • Optimize equipment capacity via efficient running and allocations by production platform.
  • Drive quality, service, cost-management, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external business partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in operations with a minimum of 3-5 years of frontline leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of packaging/filling equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and PC application skills (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.).
