Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at JYSK Linen'n Furniture Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting the store management team in achieving sales and customer service goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the implementation of sales and merchandising plans to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Providing coaching and guidance to store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assisting with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
- Supporting store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to optimize sales and customer engagement
- Delivering sales budgets and goals in your department

Requirements:
- ~2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
