Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Les restaurants Mcdonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
