Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Derma Bright Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to support business initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
